The Wasabi Black series from Kai
The Kai Wasabi Black knives created in Japan with a polished stainless steel blade with a 58-1 HRC hardness give your kitchen a unique touch from the Far East. A handle has been developed specifically for the Wasabi series and offers optimal hygiene thanks to its mixture of bamboo powder (natural antibacterial) and polypropylene.
Innovative manufacturing process
Unlike the traditional Japanese wooden handle, the black handle is not inserted, but completely enclaves the blade which is thus removable. This prevents dirt from having a deposit - well suited for large kitchens.
Maintenance advice:
- We recommend cleaning knives Kai by hand with a dishwashing liquid and hot water. Rinse with clear water and wipe with a cloth.
- Do not put knives Kai in the dishwasher.
